Compliance is a foundational requirement of every partnership we enter. We do not compromise on pricing discipline, authorization standards, or channel integrity.

Hurricane Fulfillment operates as a professional distribution partner committed to protecting the integrity, reputation, and long-term value of the brands we work with. We only partner with suppliers whose products and channel strategies align with our operating standards.

Authorized Reselling

We operate as an authorized reseller where permitted and do not list or distribute products without proper sourcing and documentation. We respect brand ownership, intellectual property rights, and channel restrictions.

If a brand does not allow marketplace distribution, we will not onboard or list those products.

MAP & Pricing Integrity

Hurricane Fulfillment strictly adheres to all Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies and pricing guidelines established by our suppliers.

We do not:

• Undercut MAP pricing
• Engage in price manipulation
• Participate in race-to-the-bottom repricing practices
   

Our objective is to support stable pricing environments that protect brand value and long-term sell-through.

Channel Integrity

We are selective about the channels in which we distribute products and work to ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and professionally maintained.

We do not engage in:

• Unauthorized listing creation
• Product misrepresentation
• Keyword manipulation or misleading claims
   

Listings are managed with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and customer experience.

Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

We respect all trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights. Any concerns regarding listings, content, or brand representation are addressed promptly and professionally.

Brands may request review or modification of listings to ensure alignment with brand standards.

Ongoing Compliance

Compliance is an ongoing standard. We continuously review supplier requirements, marketplace policies, and applicable regulations to ensure continued alignment and responsible distribution.

Hurricane Fulfillment reserves the right to decline partnerships that do not align with our compliance standards or long-term operating principles.
